A special process can be
used to compress video onto a regular CD. Some DVD players can play these
Video-CDs or Super Video-CDs.
This process is a little more expensive than making a DVD and the quality isn't quite as good, but you can use your own CD burner to create as many copies as you need.
If you need video that can be stored on a hard drive of a computer and used for training or remote presentation, a suitable video file can be made.
